Agreement
These terms govern access to thulebox.shop and purchases initiated through the Thule Box storefront. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
Store identity and trademarks
Thule Box is the store name. Products are manufactured under the Thule brand. The site does not claim to be owned by Thule Group, to be the official manufacturer website, or to hold authorization that has not been established. Thule names, model names and product trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products.
Website use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, bypass security, scrape or overload services in a harmful manner, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false information, misuse contact forms, infringe rights, or use the site to commit fraud or other unlawful activity.
Product information and vehicle fit
We work to present current names, prices and technical specifications accurately. Product information can change, and display imagery labeled representative is not a dimensional or fit guarantee. You are responsible for confirming the exact model, vehicle compatibility, roof type, crossbars, crossbar spacing, hatch clearance, garage clearance and all applicable load limits before purchase and installation.
Installation and use must follow the current manufacturer instructions and vehicle and roof-rack requirements. The lowest applicable weight limit among the vehicle, roof, rack, crossbars, cargo box and mounting system controls.
Pricing and promotions
Displayed sale prices are calculated as 55% of the listed current US MSRP, rounded to two decimal places. A crossed-out amount is a compare-at MSRP and not the active offer price. We may correct pricing, specification or typographical errors before accepting an order. Taxes or other charges shown by hosted checkout are determined there.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated checkout confirmation does not require acceptance of an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an error, appears fraudulent, uses an invalid address, or conflicts with product or payment availability. We may contact you for information, decline or cancel an order, or refund a payment when reasonably necessary. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the available remedy is cancellation and refund of the affected amount.
Payment and Fourthwall checkout
Payment is completed through Fourthwall at checkout.thulebox.shop. You authorize the payment information and order details submitted there to be processed for the transaction. Do not provide payment information you are not authorized to use. Fourthwall’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its hosted service.
Shipping, inspection and returns
Free shipping is offered within the United States subject to the Shipping policy and address eligibility. No fixed delivery date is guaranteed. Inspect the product and packaging before installation. Returns and reports of damaged, defective or incorrect products are governed by the Returns & Refunds policy. Contact support before shipping a return.
Intellectual property
The website’s original layout, copy, code, generated imagery and store presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, publish or create derivative commercial uses from the site without permission, except for ordinary browsing, linking and other uses allowed by law. Manufacturer product names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Website availability and third-party links
We may modify, suspend or discontinue site features. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, providers, networks or events outside reasonable control. Links to manufacturer resources and third-party services are provided for convenience; those sites are controlled by their operators.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every function will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Thule Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from site use, third-party services, incorrect self-assessment of vehicle fit, or installation contrary to manufacturer or vehicle instructions.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, providers or law. The effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
